If you experience any problems with your delivery — we're here to help.
Just contact us and we will check the shipment status with our supplier and the delivery company.

We can assist if:

  • your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 days

  • the order is delayed

  • the package was delivered to the wrong address

  • the item arrived damaged

  • you didn’t receive a shipping notification

Please include:

  • your order number

  • your name

  • the email used during checkout

  • photos (if the item is damaged)
